Manufacturing/Process Engineer - Dundee

Leading company in the area of Design and manufacture of hardware and software required to operate devices for self-service products such as self-checkouts and ATM's

Location: Dundee, Scotland

Role type: Contract until Christmas with likelihood of extensions.

Salary: £12 (paye)-£17 (dependent upon experience).

Role responsibilities:

You will be contributing to the manufacturing team in the area of support to processes.
This will include the maximisation of the quality and quantity of company output and a familiarity with lean principles and techniques will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will also be involved with the analysis of New Product introduction processes. Looking at Design flaws and test development and test execution procedures.

Skills required

*Experience with the support of assembly and test or manufacturing support.
*High level of PC application knowledge to include word, Powerpoint and excel.
*Product or process improvement background - lean preferred.
*Experience with the creation of new processes for new product introduction.
*Manufacturing Feasibility: DFMEA
