Manufacturing Engineer

*MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/MECHANICAL ENGINEER NEEDED*

This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- AS or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree
- 3+ years of experience in fixture development and deployment, preferably in the mobile or consumer product environment
- Must have hands on experience with fixture vendors, as well as CMs
- Must have experience working in a manufacturing or service environment
- Must be able to work independently and drive multiple programs simultaneously
- Ability to recognize different types of failures and quickly differentiate between test setup/fixturing problems vs. actual device issues
- Ability to accurately communicate these findings to factory support and design engineering personnel
- 3D CAD experience
- Experience developing bed-of-nails test fixtures

DESIRED (BONUS):

- RF a major plus
- DFT/DFx
- CNC
- Schematic capture/layout- needed to build interface boards
- Schematic review
