Manual Tester w/Utilities Experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Philadelphia, PA area is looking for a highly experienced Manual Tester with Utilities industry experience to join their team. This is a 4-5 month contract (with extensions likely) with one of the most well-known companies in the region and nation

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform Manual testing of AMI Meters (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)

* Facilitate System Integration Testing and Performance Testing when needed

* Utilize utility industry experience to help drive the project forward within a waterfall methodology

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Must have Utilities experience (Gas or Electric Company experience)
- Extensive Manual Testing experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience (and ability to run SQL queries for data)
- Previous industry experience within Utilities (especially dealing with AMI, metering, billing, or any retail markets exposure in Utilities)
- Recent experience in a Waterfall environment
- HP ALM experience is a major plus - strongly preferred
