JOB TITLE: MANUAL TEST ENGINEER WITH TELECOM OSS
JOB LOCATION: DEN HAAG - NETHERLANDS
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand business requirements from end to end journey perspective, quality reviews and share valuable review comments as per the planning time lines. Participation in the reviews in case it is required.
Understand high level and low level designs, quality reviews and share valuable review comments as per the planning time lines. Participation in the reviews in case it is required.
Participation in requirements/design/UAT test cases walkthroughs.
Preparation of the high level scenarios and test cases from the requirements.
Preparation of the test cases for various test levels like system, system integration and end-to-end testing.
Preparation of the test data from the end to end perspective.
Participation in periphery alignment meeting from the functional prospective.
Execution of the test cases in various test levels.
Update on the test progress report regularly.
Timely highlighting the risks and issues that may hamper the testing delivery timeline.
Record the test results with test logs.
Defects creation in HPALM whenever there is any issue and update it regularly until closure.
Must be very dynamic in switching between the various test levels.
Does the root cause analysis and suggest and discuss the improvements required with the test leads.
