POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Manual Software Tester w/FitNesse and nUnit for a 6M Contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.  The Manual Software Tester w/FitNesse and nUnit will be responsible for troubleshooting and correcting technical issues within complex and robust .NET applications. The primary functions of the Manual Software Tester w/FitNesse and nUnit are ensuring that the code being produced by the software engineers on the team is meeting the acceptance criteria of the business and delivering manual tests that verify this. This role will be on a small team of three developers. The application is designed much like the Yahoo Finance Application where stock and trade information is displayed to the end-user. The goal of this Application is to create a seamless and effective user experience while maintaining optimal functionality. This role will be heavily involved in the testing phase of the SDLC.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets
Manual Testing - Ground-up Creation of Test Cases/Scripts
Testing Tools - NUnit/TFS - Team Foundation Server
NUnit -Unit Tests/Test Cases
Interface with Developers to offer C#.NET Code Suggestions/Modifications
Web Server/Automated Testing Tools
FitNesse - User Acceptance Testing - Candidates will not be required to create automated scripts!
SQL Server 2005/2008/R2 - T-SQL/SQL Commands
Test Driven Development/TDD
Agile Methodology
Candidates me be familiar with structured testing practices such as automated unit testing, regression testing, TDD and continuous delivery

PREFERRED (but not required)
Financial Markets/Trading Experience
