Manual QA Tester

Our direct client is in need of Manual QA Testers for a long-term project.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing requirements with developers and other QAs for consistency and accuracy
- Creating, maintaining, and executing test plan, test scenarios and cases against complex software, primarily inputs are requirement documents and logic extracts
- Executing complex SQL to ensure data is persisted correctly in databases
- Determining test data needed for execution and identify data gaps in test environment
- Automation experience is IDEAL, NOT REQUIRED

Required:

- 5+ years experience with all types of software testing including functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance
- 5 years testing .NET and Java applications
- SQL queries
- Experience testing in an Agile environment

Plusses:

- Experience with HP QuickTest Professional or newer version UFT, Unified Functional Testing is ideal and not required.
