Mantas Business/Data Analyst

We are looking for a MANTAS BUSINESS/DATA ANALYST for the General Counsel IT Program. Business Analysts are expected to take full end-to-end responsibility for the requirements gathering and data analysis needs on projects. They may be engaged in multiple projects and multiple teams simultaneously. Specifically this role is to design and manage specifications for a project based in the AML domain and run respective data analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Perform business analysis to help define solution options and recommendations, including pros/cons and rationale for recommendation
-

Create key project documents such as end-to-end current/future business process flows, Use Cases, functional requirements
-

Identify and analyze data derived from different data sources and work with data source owners to understand mappings, data attributes and gaps
-

Work with global stakeholders in understanding and translating requirements to the underlying data
-

Gather and document requirements reviews with business stakeholders and achieving signoff
-

Identify and document process changes and system enhancements
-

Ensure process improvement through redesign is at the forefront of all initiatives
-

Facilitate working groups tasked with solving specific data challenges within the organization
-

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills along with the ability to synthesize views of multiple stakeholders and advocate positions effectively

PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS MANTAS EXPERT, DEVELOPING AND WRITING PROFICIENT FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND DATA MAPPING DOCUMENTATION

PROFICIENT IN DATA ANALYTICS (IE COMPARATIVE, GAP ANALYSIS) FOR DATA DERIVED FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES; ABILITY TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS AND ENSURE QUALITY AND APPROPRIATE CONTROLS

IDEALLY EXPERIENCED WITH REGULATORY-DRIVEN TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS IN THE BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY

EXPERIENCE ACTING AS INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN BUSINESS LINE AND IT TO ENSURE OPTIMAL DELIVERY AGAINST REQUIREMENTS (VERY NICE TO HAVE)

GENERIC SKILLS:
