Manhattan WMOS Business Analyst

Experienced resource needed as key resource to support change management, training, and user adoption of the WMS platform in York, Pennsylvania. Role to initiate in October of 2013, at CRP phase of the WMS deployment project. This job is on-site in York, travel expected for majority of work. Candidate is part of a business team of 4 on-site team members (including SME/super user), who will ensure that business needs are met by systems design and configuration, and that partners are prepared to use the application while maintaining high morale and productivity.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works with IT team to drives design and configuration decisions to optimize Manhattan WMOS
- Recommends and implements operational process improvements based on usage of WMS platform
- Designs, executes and compiles results from CRP
- Supports final design work in WMS
- Designs and executes UAT sessions
- Designs, creates and delivers training to 200 distribution partners on 7 day/3 shift operation
- Supports any conversion, mock go-live and deployment related activities

QUALIFICATIONS

- Manhattan WMOS 2010 experience - at least 2 deployments, 3 years
- Distribution Center Operations functional experience, 3 years
- MHE integration experience
- WMS system configuration and design
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Ability to function independently in business or organizational environments, partnering with senior leaders and effectively delivering presentations
- Ability to independently develop executive summaries and articulate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Project management skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of selection and performance assessment system design
