* Together with the Client Service Director responsible for the economic success
of the Prague office
* Strategic face and sparring partner to the customer
*Should move to prague, at least for 2 years

PROFILE:
*strategic and creative head with automotive and digital marketing experience
*Pro active leadership with strategic, operational and pragmatic problem solving
skills
*Challenge as a sparring partner ("grounded visionary"), the digital marketing
team on the client side and strengthens its position with regard to Digital/Classical
and HQ/Markets
*Responsible for the creative and strategic department at the Prague office
*Seeks for excellence and innovation

SKILLS
*Digital native/experience
*Deep understanding of digital eco systems
(Paid Owned Earned Media, native advertising, content and engagement marketing
etc.)
*Deep Service Design Understanding (ideas and methods)
*Sovereign personality: consulting and strong conviction, combative.
*High understanding of excellent creation/creative direction
*english business fluent
*several years of experience in leadership responsible for the results of a creative
unit/agency
*strategy and planning competencies and proven experiences
