Manager, Stat Programming - NJ

A rapidly growing and global health care company is looking for a Manager of Statistical Programming. This manager will provide specialized knowledge while playing a leadership role to carry out statistical programming activities in the support of numerous studies.

Other opportunities you will be exposed to but are not limited to:

* Planning, organizing, and managing statistical programming activities
* Providing leadership for the creation and maintenance of programs to analyze and report trial data
* Supervise and mentor junior and contract programmers
* Reviewing, maintaining and approving study documents per standard procedures
* Providing quality control
* Participating in the development/ maintenance of departmental standards and procedures

All potential candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

* Degree in Compute Science, Statistics, or related field
* Atleast 8-9 years of pharmaceutical experience with a BS/ 6-7 years with an MS/ 4-5 years with a Ph. D
* Project management and supervising experience within a statistical programming organization & has worked crossfunctionaly
* Knowledge/ understanding of regulatory guidelines
* Excellent SAS programming knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of drug development process
* Able to travel
