The Manager - Quality culture will assist with the high level strategy and implementation plan for rolling out Quality Culture in BRQC and R&D Business Partners, in alignment with Pharma and Enterprise Strategy for Quality Culture Implementation.
This position reports to the Director Quality Culture Lead within the Quality Management (QM) Operations Excellence and Innovation department in Bioresearch Quality and Compliance BRQC QM organisation.
Key tasks include (but not limited):
The Manager Quality Culture will assist in setting the strategy and programs for implementing quality culture in organizations, in close collaboration with the QM, BRQC and R&D stakeholders and in alignment with Pharma and Enterprise Strategy for Quality Culture Implementation.
The Manager - Quality Culture will be serving as a champion to key business partners and stakeholders and as a conduit between business partners, quality groups, and governance to enable and promote a quality culture with focus on quality and compliance accountability.
He/she will work with the relevant stakeholders to develop and coordinate departmental QM expertise training and development programs, as well as change management strategies that will enable the QM staff to deliver state of the art services. He/she will coordinate and support cross-functional learning events, communication and other initiatives.
He/she will coordinate and facilitate Quality Culture Management Workshops, and will support the organisation of Employee Workshops including follow up with Business Partners, to support the roll out of a sustainable Quality Culture in BRQC and R
