My client is a global CMO that produces sterile and non sterile liquids and solids, based in the heart of the Pharmaceutical Industry, Basel. They are looking for a QA Manager and also a Team Leader. MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE (M/W) LEADERSHIP COMPLIANCE - IMPROVEMENT

What to expect:

You will be able to take on a variety of interesting tasks in a team. Quality assurance ensures continuous improvement and maintenance of processes as well as ensuring compliance and compliance with regulatory requirements. With your know-how, you support all departments in GMP-relevant questions and are an important contact person in the preparation and participation in audits of customers and authorities.

Your Profile:

You have a degree/diploma (university/university of applied sciences) in the field of pharmacy, chemistry or biology with GMP experience as well as several years of leadership experience. You are a competent personality with at least 5 - 7 years experience in a manufacturing company. You will have experience in aseptic manufacturing.

They are able to work together in an interdisciplinary manner and in addition to their professional GMP competence, they convince by a high degree of communication and enforcement. They bring very good English skills as well as experience in ERP systems. Your operational excellence knowledge completes your profile.

PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED ASWELL AS GERMAN LANGUAGE.
