JOB DETAILS
Compliance Training Project Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
- Manage an IT. project to identify & train all new 3rd party contractors on Integrity and Compliance topics
- Prepare a follow-on project to provide training to a wider audience including wholesalers and distributors
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assess the various options for training, using either internal tools or external vendors, and prepare a decision paper
- Plan at least phase 1 of the project (identification & training of 3rd party contractors), and schedule phase two
- Execute at least phase 1 of the project
- All relevant internal & external regulations and standards are adhered to.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Project completed on time, budget, and quality.
- System performance is sufficient, even during maximum training load
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of IT. project/program management experience
- Previous experience with vendor & solution evaluations & selections
- Previous experience with LMS systemsadditional languages are beneficial
WORK LOCATION, PERMITS REQUIRED, DURATION, WORKLOAD, LANGUAGE
