15+ years of experience in managing the delivery of complex PTC programs or multiple PTC projects with a proven track record in delivering to successful conclusion on time, within budget, and with the highest quality

Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy PTC's technology solutions to drive value for Clients by transforming how they create and service their products.

Proven experience managing key customer relationships.

Superior organizational management skills and well-developed interpersonal skills including team facilitation and organizational management. Advanced conflict management and negotiation skills and the ability to partner with other organizations to be successful and resolve issues.

Define, align and document Client vision and transformation strategies (Roadmaps). Position and mobilize joint projects/programs with Client's organizations.

Ability to transparently manage and organize cross-functional, distributed teams

Own, the financials of the project/program including cost, revenue, and margin to provide long-term plans.

Functional experience in any of the following industries: Automotive, Consumer Products, Electronics & High Tech, Industrial Equipment or Medical Devices

Certification in PMP or similar are preferred, but not required
