Growing pharmaceutical company in New Jersey is seeking a qualified Manager of Statistics that is prepared to successfully lead a team!

You will immediately get to provide direct project and team oversight in the area of Oncology, while maintaining a hands-on technical role. You will also have the opportunity to train, mentor, and develop other employees.

Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:

- Lead statistician on numerous Oncology studies
- Manage a team of 3-5 statisticians
- Directly report to the Director of Biostatistics
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Functional lead to other cross-functional biostatistics and data management areas
- Assign and communicate priorities and work direction to ensure completion of assigned tasks on time and within budget
- Help to train and develop your staff within the Statistics department

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- PhD in Statistics related field
- 8+ year's biostatistics experience
- Previously led 6+ clinical studies in Oncology
- Prior management experience working with direct reports
