Looking for a fantastic SAS Programmer to move into a Managerial position and join a leading global CRO with a booming drug pipeline! You will have the opportunity to supervise and manage a staff and ensure they are adequately trained, mentored, and developed.

Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:

* Manage 10 Direct Reports
* Remain Hands Off while periodically being Hands On depending on the project
* Involved with strategic operations
* Report into the Director of Programming

All potential candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

* BS or Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 8 + years experience inthe clinical trials processes
* Project Management or Line Management experience
* Experience in Managing and Mentoring a group of programmers
* Excellent verbal and written skills
