Manager, Loans Portfolio Management

An opportunity is now available with one of theUK's most prestigious banks. Working within theUKretail loans business you will be responsible for assessing the credit risks involved in a portfolio of personal loan and credit card loans. You will be responsible for delivering asustainable growth in your portfolio, controlling lending risk and developing and delivering effective strategies for increased portfolio profitability.

You will be instrumental in the development of arrears policies, identifying areas of governance and creating accountabilities within an appropriate framework of processes.

We are looking for a candidate that possesses:
* Strong operational and analytical expertise in managing debt portfolios.
* An excellent understanding of complex credit risk techniques.
* Strong product knowledge within the unsecured lending space
* Able to produce effective reporting for the portfolio performance
