THE CLIENT The main activity of our client is providing consumer credit. Our client belongs to an international group and proposes several advantages: an international structure, the feeling to belong to a worldwide group with a local management. In order to lead the cash collection B to C team-Legal, they are looking for a MANAGER, German speaker, fluent in English and ideally in French. THE ROLE As a Manager in Switzerland, you will have a local report and you will be responsible for: -Leadership, training (partially) and development of the team of 12-15 employees -Supervision of the daily cash collection activities -Coordination and definition of strategies to improve performance in collaboration with collections management and risk -Ongoing analysis and optimization of processes -Contact with official authorities, insurance companies, law firms and debt restructuring offices, etc. -Ad hoc project and collaboration with internal collaborators THE REQUESTED PROFILE -Degree in law, Education in legal or in Business or similar experience -Commercial tracking and strong cash collection experience -SchKG law knowledge -Several years of management experience, team leading and people coaching -German mother tongue, fluent in English and in French (it is a plus) -Customer and service-oriented -IT literate -Analytical thinker, self-starter, good communication and leadership skills -Stress resistant, flexible and proactive THE OFFER This group will offer you opportunities to develop within a stable but fast moving environment and to get an exciting challenge.
