JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support for GEMINI PMO Head
Accountabilities:
Preparation and completion of PMO presentations and reports to stakeholders.
Setting-up and maintaining PMO Governance.
Support Communications to Pharma Business SPOCs and the GEMINI project teams.
Support PMO Head and the GEMINI project managers as required.
Organization of standard and ad-hoc meetings eg GEMINI Leadership team, GEMINI OSC, SPOC Forums.
Onboarding of new project members.
Challenge and support project charter assessments, lining-up with integration team and program objectives
SharePoint administration.
Experience Required:
Fluent in English - oral and written
German desirable
Several years of experience/service provision in PMO or similar roles.
Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
Team work in a challenging IT environment
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
Ability to deal with variable workload
Background:
Pharma experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset.
