You will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the adoption, post adoption and foster care service. You will develop, monitor and review policies, procedures and initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Must have extensive experience within the fostering and adoption sector
- Minimum 3 years managing Teams at a senior management level.
- Experience of contributing to service development
- Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory framework.
This is a key role for an individual who will be able to quickly establish working processes and relationships. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to establish links in a multi agency setting and with front line practitioners.
