Manager for people transitioning for our client, a Swiss bank in Zurich.
Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a People Transition Manager to join our client for a 6 months project.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In order to successfully execute our client's workforce strategy and deployments to abroad, there is a need to establish an Integrated People Transition working model and execution plan that will include 4 aspects of the people and change major challenges: Recruiting, Knowledge Transfer, Training and Career development.
The candidate will enable a successful people transition by:
-Recruiting critical workforce resources through creation of a Recruiting Strategy to guide tactical recruitment actions
-Training critical workforce resources by developing and implementing a Knowledge Transfer Initiative to preserve and transfer critical "know how" knowledge
-Transfering knowledge between critical workforce resources by developing and implementing a Training Program for the workforce
-Developing long term career trajectories by defining and implementing Career Paths to engage critical workforce segments across a career life cycle
Objectives
-Define Critical Workforce Segments to guide the Integrated People Transition Program decisions and actions
-Incorporate profiles- which include the key responsibilities and competencies- into the recruitment strategies, training needs, knowledge transfer requirements, and career paths
-Integrate career paths into training plan to ensure knowledge is available at the right time
-Design and build communities
DELIVERABLES:
o A prioritized list of jobs that deliver the highest value for the business effectiveness
o KPI's to measure recruiting effectiveness
o A process of knowledge capture and transfer for training and communities
o Training strategy and objectives
o High level program delivery recommendations
o Detailed curriculum and content requirements
o Detailed training delivery plan
o Career Path implementation plan
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
A proven track record of executing change management at a major global organisation
Experience in running large scale transformation programs integrating human capital elements into organizational design
Strong leadership experience and has worked as part of a high performing senior management team
Thought leadership qualities to influence and lead people innovation across all areas of TS including talent management, organization design, recruitment, and employee effectiveness
Experience working in HR department of major global organization a plus
COMPETENCIES
Highly developed strategic foresight along with the ability to implement a vision, to a high standard of execution
A person who can align stakeholders, capabilities, and resources for getting things done quickly and achieving complex objectives
Experience in navigating and understanding Matrix organizations, getting to the right answers quickly
Service Culture Orientation; Understanding how to successfully develop an innovative culture of client service and Client demand management
Change Driver; Motivated by a continuous-improvement mind-set, a sense of always upgrading organizations, building better processes and systems
Strong leadership skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills. Stylistic versatility, powers of persuasion and the intellectual capability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
