Manager - Financial Governance

Position: Manager: Accountant: (Financial Governance)

Daily Rate: £350 - £415

Location: London

Employer: Tier One Financial Institution

I am seeking a qualified accountant (ACCA) with 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role to that which is advertised, preferably with banking audit experience and also front and Back Office experience within a financial institution.

The role will be focused on managing and assisting the month end processes, ensuring that accurate MI is produced on a timely basis for senior management; providing guidance to, and helping to manage the relationships in various areas of commercial Banking Finance; ensuring consistency of Governance across the business; and developing the quality assurance process over various Finance Controls.

The candidate should have experience working in Front, Middle and Back Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating information and produce Governance MI from various business areas of CBF. Ensure that Finance understands and complies with Group Policies and group minimum Standards via appropriate communications and independent testing; among numerous other functions within the company.
