For our client in BASEL we are looking for a MANAGER - EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS for a 7-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 01/02/2019 TO 31/07/2019
LOCATION: BASEL
WORKLOAD: 100%
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The job holder will oversee and coordinate GDD RA External Partners (Globally) to ensure the completion, efficiency and quality of process documentation and standards. He/she will also be responsible for the development of relevant process and training materials as well as leading/conducting training in related Global processes. There will also be a requirement to lead and Project Manage relevant work streams across regions on behalf of the Global projects within the External Partnership domain.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Manage and Partner GDD RA External Vendors: overview, coordinate and provide instructions/guidance to facilitate the execution of their responsibilities and achieve our objectives
. Be a Core Member of the Governance Structure of an External Partnership
. Ensures process issues are analyzed, including gaps and delays in order to propose/implement solutions
. Ensure quality and compliance are met according to our standards
. Create, review, and maintain documents related to GDD RA External Partnerships
. Collaborate and partner with key stakeholder groups on the creation of new submission processes and trainings
. Assist in developing and implementing External Partnership strategies
. Responsible for the provision of project related advice relating to external partners to project teams and other key stakeholders
. Responsible for participating in or leading training for different groups in GDD RA to ensure optimal use of templates and processes for External Partnerships.
. Responsible for knowledge exchange through participation at lessons learned sessions
. Lead relevant Planning work streams which will create planning activities related to all External Partners managed by the team to enable accurate forecasting
. Lead other work streams as required and participate in other department activities/initiatives as required eg SOP reviews, RFP review, requalification of vendors
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
. University degree or equivalent experience
. Fluency in English essential, others helpful
. Minimum 3 years' experience in Regulatory Environment
. Good MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and IT skills
. Working knowledge of worldwide Drug Registration and approval processes and related document format requirements
. Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
. Skilled in preparation of documentation/training materials in English
. Ability to work under pressure of time; flexible, with effective prioritization of workload
