Manager, Consulting Skills and Practices, Bank, Luxembourg

BACKGROUND:
My client is a major bank involved in securities markets, data services and trading.

They are now looking for an experienced Manager to support the ongoing implementation of a newly formed internal consultancy unit (internal resource pool with flexible assignment model) across multiple European locations at the bank.

TASKS:

- validation of the management tracking tools and processes, suggesting improvements as appropriate;
- introduction and application of consulting methods;
- development of a structured training programme to support the career development of the consultants (development of consulting skills).

SKILLS:

Excellent knowledge and application of recognised consulting practices and tools;

Sound knowledge of accepted management tools and processes;

Experience in designing career development programmes;

High level of interpersonal, communication and management skills are required;

Proficiency in MS Office.

Some previous experience in the Financial Markets, investment banking, etc. will be a big plus.

Language: English essential and either some French or some German (nice to have, but not essential!)
