Manager Change Team Integration

My client requires a Change Manager who will managing a small change team. The department itself is organised into change teams which are closely aligned with their respective business units. Each Change Team has multiple scrum teams. There are eight Change Teams: Consumer Broadband, Consumer Mobile, Business & Wholesale, Commercial, NO&E/Provisioning, Finance and Integration. Change Management as a whole consists of an internal tea, agile partners and some specialist consultants. In total currently over 200 people in 40 scrum teams, each with a challenging mix of offshore + near shore + onshore in distributed teams.

Role

The Manager Change Team Integration is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all changes (including new development) in its domain. Effective means timely, rapidly, cost-effectively, with quality, and focussing on delivering business value through working software. Working software means working end-2-end, therefore needing close cooperation with the other Change Teams, as well as with the other parties in the chain. The main part of the development concentrates on EAI integration built in the WebMethods platform. Additional areas include secure data transport and data extraction and consolidation feeds..

Experience

Minimal 7-10 years of experience in a professional IT environment
Line management experience
Agile Scrum experience is essential
Experience with complex environments with multiple chains, preferably within a Telco environment
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (Webmethods will be a plus but not essential)
As an International business English is essential but Dutch is a plus but not essential as you will be interacting with International partners in English
