Manager/Associate Director Accounting Job

MANAGER/ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ACCOUNTING needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the NPC organization with complex business transactions and significant contracts that have potential accounting impacts and ensure they are treated appropriately
- Provide support to business development activities, including the analysis of potential acquisitions, divestitures, etc.
- Facilitate and resolve complex accounting issues and topics requiring high levels of judgment and/or strong business knowledge. Examples include: Revenue Accounting; Business Development and Licensing Deals.
- Significant Contract Reviews
- Educate business of accounting impacts from key business decisions; pricing, reserves, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- Ten (10+) years of increased responsibility in a controller's function for a Fortune 500 Company
- Strong understanding of Accounting Policy, IFRS knowledge is a plus
