Paint Shop Manager needed for manufacturing facility in northern Georgia. The location is close enough to commute from northeast Atlanta suburbs along I-85. Must have at least 2 years experience running a paint shop from prep to finished product. You will manage the paint shop including supervising 6 to 8 employees. No relocation assistance provided. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Run shop from prep to finished product.
- Schedule workload of the paint and blast facility.
- Develop applicable practices, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all environmental permits.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years paint shop management experience including experience with wet paint (epoxy, urethane) for both industrial and automotive grade finishes.
- Paint school certification a plus.
