Management System Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the resources industry with operations in over 25 countries. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network and Telecommunications Coordinator to join their team on a Full time 12 month contract. The position will be located within their corporate offices in the Perth CBD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Network and Telecommunications Coordinator will be responsible for a team of 6 Network Engineers and 3 Project Managers. The position will be required to work with the GIL IT Coordinator to ensure network design includes requirements for GIL Servers as well as the provision of network standards and network engineering to Project Site Coordinators for Upstream, Downstream and Social Infrastructure.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- At least 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with all project phases on a large project in the resource industry
- Previous oil and gas, offshore and/or LNG experience
- Excellent influencing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Network Design (LAN/WAN)
- Cisco Certified Engineer
