Management System Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the resources industry with operations in over 25 countries. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management System Analyst to join their team on a Full time 6 month contract. The position will be located within their corporate offices in the Perth CBD.

Key responsibilities:
This position will involve working with a number of business team leaders to design how their business processes, procedures and other control documents should be presented to their team members and internal stakeholders.

The analyst will be required to work with the business to identify content, organise for it to be loaded to the document management system, work with a web designer to create a portal page, and then finally test and promote the finished product.

This is a varied role that involves internal business interaction.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Business
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably within the oil and gas industry)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
