Management Development Consultant - training/learning/development and design.

Currently we are recruiting for an individual from a training/learning and development background to work as a Management Development Consultant for a client based in Maidenhead who we would describe as an innovative, growing corporate company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Development Consultant/Learning and Development Specialist to enter into a very busy rewarding opportunity.

As the Management Development Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and designing courses for management across the organisation.
The courses will be delivered to a high volume of middle management level individuals with the purpose of up-skilling the large management team within this organisation.

With a strong background in training or Learning and Development you will look at the content of the existing programme and have the ability to look at specific areas of improvement.

A corporate, retail head office/blue chip company background would be advantageous and we would welcome applications from candidates who are happy to be considered for an initial 3 month contract in view to a longer term opportunity if successful.
