IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work closely with the Programme Director to manage the overall project to meet the objectives of the project to the agreed timelines
-Be a full member of the Workstream(s) defining the Commercial function and the Engineering and Operations function; support, coach, guide and challenge the Workstream Leaders
-Ensure that the workstreams present clear recommendations that are well thought through and presented, that sufficient analysis has been carried out, that options have been generated and considered, interdependencies identified and managed and that the Workstream is managed in a professional manner
-Ensure that implementation plans are developed and progressed in line with agreed objectives and timescales
-Support the workstreams in the definition and implementation of business processes that support the decisions taken and meet business needs
-Working with the Programme Director structure, lead and participate in meetings of the Steering Team and Leadership Team to take decisions based on the input of the Workstreams

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Well developed business consultancy skills
-Good conceptual and strategic thinking. Able to stand back from complex situations and see the underlying requirements & patterns
-Experience in working in medium sized 'business to business' and 'business to consumer' organisations with the ability to work with engineers and IT people
-Able to drop into the organisation and be able to be effective immediately. Recognises that they are joining mid-way through and so will need to be pragmatic and use established mechanisms. Comfortable in a quick paced environment
-Able to work constructively with a variety of levels in the organisation. Has experience of working effectively with virtual teams and across cultures
-Communicates effectively verbally and in writing in English
