Management Accountant- Short Contract

Hays Senior Finance, is currently recruiting for a maternity leave cover for a high profile organisation in Dundee. this is a long term temporary contract where you will be taking on a key management accounting role providing robust financial information to the business. 

Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant but relevant experience in a similar post will be considered. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of month-end entries, budget monitoring and variance analysis. You will work closely with key stakeholders when preparing forecasts and will be responsible for preparing year-end schedules, journal and financial returns. 

To be successful in this role, you will have strong management accounting skills and the ability to "hit the ground running" in a new environment. You will be accustomed to working to tight deadlines and working closely with non-financial stakeholders. This role will be due to commence late August / early September therefore availability at short notice would be preferable.
