Management Accountant- Public Sector exp in Mandatory

I am looking to hire Management Accountant in Healthcare sector for our public sector client

Essential Experience: 

Be a qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA);
have experience of working on health or social care finance, either operationally or on national policy;
be able to travel regularly within England for site visits and meetings;
have the confidence, credibility and communication skills to lead engagement with demonstrator sites both at a working and a senior (chief officer) level;
be able clearly to explain financial concepts and issues to a non-financial audience; and
have experience of delivering transformational change in a financial context.

Desirable Experience:

Implementing patient or person-level costing in health or social care.
Working with personal budgets and direct payments in social care or health.
Working directly on financial arrangements for one or more of the cohorts identified for the IPC, either in commissioning or in a provider organisation.
Joint financial working across health and social care, either in a joint commissioning arrangement, working with a pooled budget or similar.
Experience of contracting with charity/voluntary organisations to deliver health or social care services.
