Projektbeschreibung
This role is within the Finance team.
Our team is primarily focused on providing quantitative and qualitative analysis on all cost and revenues to inform & support senior Finance & Group management requirements.
Key Tasks/deliverables of the team include:
- Design, preparation and otherwise provide support on presentations and reports for senior management committees (monthly reports for the Executive Committee & Group Executive Board)
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management (eg cost and headcount development, fixed vs. variable cost, corporate centre performance analysis and review)
- Co-ordinate of the annual 3 year strategic planning process for all functions
- Independently drive P&L analysis with specific functions focusing on cost management and internal cost allocations
- Co-ordinate the monthly rolling forecast process and challenge business partners on the underlying assumptions and activities
- Work collaboratively with other teams on the monthly financial reporting process and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- STRONG/PROVEN MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE (FORECASTING, ANALYSIS AND PLANNING EXPERIENCE)
- Adaptable work style - requirements can change on a daily basis so the person needs to be comfortable working in a 'rapid response'/changeable environment
- A sense of responsibility/ownership and willingness to take the initiative (clear examples of these attributes will be requested in any interviews)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken as all analysis is written/presented in English)
- Good Team player - the ability and will
