Management Accountant

Management Accountant - 3 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate

A leading energy and utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Management Accountant to join their site in Warwick and become part of their Finance function.

Key skills/Experience;
Qualified accountant with a UK recognised body
SAP experience
Significant Business experience is 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a large, international corporate setting.

Strong financial, management and/or project accounting skills including significant experience of budgeting & forecasting & financial performance reporting
Knowledge of National Grid financial systems and business activities, preferably with knowledge of the commercial and regulatory environment and general accounting procedure. Good understanding of the Business model
Working under own initiative and delivering high quality work to tight deadlines
Communicating with and influencing Senior Managers and Directors
Dealing with and resolving ad hoc queries
Advanced knowledge of accounting systems/packages including BI, MySap, and Hyperion/BCP/Bobj.
Advanced user of Excel, intermediate user of MS Office including PPT, Word and SharePoint
