Management Accountant

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - INSURANCE/FINANCIAL SERVICES - NORTH WEST

A Cheshire based FTSE 100 financial services company are seeking a management accountant for an initial 3-6 month contract, pay between £200-300 a day.

In order to be considered for this Management Accountant position you should have prior experience and a good working knowledge of IFRS and UKGAAP reporting and have a recent history with in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry.

In addition to this the following skills and experiences are essential

- QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF GENERAL LEDGERS.
- ABILITY TO MATRIX MANAGE THE WORK OF TEAM MEMBERS.
- ORACLE SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE.
- STRONG FINANCIAL REPORTING EXPERIENCE.

The chosen candidate should have previous experience in management accountant role. You should be a well organised individual with a good attention to detail and the desire to motivate to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative, with the ability to produce clear documentation for both technical and non technical audiences.
