MANAGED SERVICES SOLUTION SALES SPECIALIST (FRENCH-SPEAKING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse the telecom service market and customer requirement, to develop the managed services strategy, and conduct market segmentation, to achieve the managed service sales target.
- Explore and analyse customer's Managed Services Requirements, make an end-to-end service solution, define service baselines and provide and competitive Managed Services solution to fulfil customer's requirements.
- Develop the managed services sales approach and tools, such as MS business control process, telecom operator OPEX analysis methodology, business care, due diligence tool, and risk control tool etc.
- Responsible for designing and developing managed services profit mode and pricing model.
- Lead an end to end managed service sales project from opportunity creation, to feasibility study, to define the win strategy and client solution, to develop proposal, to due diligence and contract negotiation, till contract and transition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Practical sales or delivery experience in large scale network outsourcing a must;
- Familiar with operators' network O
- At least five years of practical experience in telecom related field;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Able to travel overseas to support field projects.

WORKING LOCATION

Based in Cairo, travel to North Africa French speaking countries.
