MANAGED FILE TRANSFER COORDINATOR (WINDOWS, UNIX, Z/OS)

We are looking for a Managed File Transfer Coordinator to be responsible of file transfers in all supported environments and platforms (Solaris, AIX, z/OS, WSP, WGS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and AS400) within a major bank based in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Implementation, modification and deletion of file transfers in all environments according to the information provided in the corresponding MFT (Managed File Transfer) Service Request and the "Best Practice" standard templates.
- Check up on the information provided in the Service Requests
- Initiation of the relevant process and tracking of the SW component managers.
- Support of customers regarding Service Requests and Managed File Transfer in general.
- Incident and problem handling regarding file transfers definition in all environments.
- YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Knowledge of z/OS, Unix and/or Windows
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT
- All round knowledge in databases, Mainframe, networking & file transfer, IT security
- VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS - ABILITY TO WORK WITH CLIENTS AND THE TEAM
- Analytical skills, ability to set priorities, interconnected thinking
- ECDL degree beneficial
- English and German fluent

DURATION: 6 months++
