Managed Care Contract Analyst Job

MANAGED CARE CONTRACT ANALYST needed for a six (6) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Accurately enter contracts and maintain membership for various market segments into Model N and SAP, to ensure accurate data availability to allow for flexible and meaningful management reporting, chargeback processing and rebate adjudication.
- Conduct peer review sessions. Possess knowledge in managed care, specialty pharmacy, and Medicare market segments to accurately interpret contracts for these businesses.
- Ensure timely execution of all components of membership and contract administration in a team oriented approach within Healthcare Contract Administration providing clear and open communication to team members.
- Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of specialty contracts to ensure rebate payments and chargebacks are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.
- Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor's Degree in, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Prefer experience in chargeback, rebate processing and membership, contract maintenance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed in order to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Important competencies are teamwork, problem solving, planning and organization, work effectively as a team member to achieve departmental objectives, familiarization with commercial contracting in order to communicate efficiently to achieve a timely resolution of all customer issues, researches and responds to complex customer issues with reasoned judgment, ability to work independently and maintain customer focus
