Managed Care Compensation Analyst Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MANAGED CARE COMPENSATION ANALYST to join our client in Los Angeles, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review salary transactions for compliance with policy
- Responsible for job evaluation and merit process
- Utilizing HRIS Software

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- THREE (3+) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COMPENSATION
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Related Field
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in Compensation in a managed care setting
- Must have working knowledge and experience of HRIS Software
- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Advance knowledge of Excel to analyze data and generate reports
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Office Excel
- Knowledge of ADPR report writing
