Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:

Project description:

You will work with the customers international IT Service Monitoring font-size:10pt;">The aim of the team is to reduce the recovery times extremely and thus reduce or avoid the impact on business processes.

In a team which is organized in three shifts, you will be given the opportunity to protect the company from major damage caused by IT outages.

The main success factors for the Major Incident Team are the optimal coordination and moderation of the troubleshooting as well as the proactive monitoring to detect any disruptions promptly and counteract them.

The use of the defined processes, the use of personal analytical skills, the foresight of further possible disruption effects as well as the objective to act quickly are required qualities in this environment.

Collaboration with other teams, service providers and the problem management ensures fast troubleshooting and sustainable solutions.

Your tasks:

Organizational and supplier overarching management of major incidents in a 24/7 three-shift operation (holidays and weekends included)

Monitoring and live checks of business critical services and the initiation of initial measures
-

Regular business and stakeholder communication on current IT outages and major incident reporting
-

Coordination of major IT security risks and threats
-

Integration into the crisis management of innogy SE

Your profile:

-

Completed IT vocational training and / or comparable professional experience with a broad IT understanding in LAN, WAN, data center, server and application operation
-

Several years of experience in major incident management and practical experience regarding ITIL
-

Safe and convincing occurrence and high stress resilience even in critical situations
-

High moderation and coordination skills with very good English and German skills in speech and writing
-

Outstanding flexibility, a high ability to work in a team and intercultural competences are required
