Maintenance Technician Job

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Woburn, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performing routine operation and maintenance (preventative and corrective) on cGMP and non-cGMP equipment and systems
- Provide general Facilities support for all departments and individuals site-wide
- Operation and maintenance of all laboratory support equipment
- Operation and maintenance of all utilities and systems required for support of cGMP manufacturing operation, WFI, PW, PS, HVAC, etc
- Assisting in the coordination of routine and non-routine maintenance of all facility equipment, utilities and systems
- Coordinate, oversee and review any work performed by outside contractors. This includes maintenance and calibration activities
- Maintain Facilities documentation systems including work orders, equipment files, calibrations, etc
- Manage all activities per required site safety procedures and ensure vendors perform activities per site safety procedures
- Facilities support for all groups
- Upkeep of all mechanical, lab and office areas
- Shift work may be required
- May be required to be on-call to support off-hours response to facility related issues

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Refrigeration Technician Formalized Training/License
- Massachusetts Fireman 2nd Class License
- Massachusetts Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's License Grade 2-I Full
- cGMP training and documentation experience
- cGLP experience (BL2)
- Training and/or field experience in building management systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, steam, water treatment, life safety, W.F.I., Pure Water and Pure Steam systems
- Experience with HazMat and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Instrumentation and calibration experience a plus
- Associate's degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 6 years of directly related experience
