Maintenance Technician

We are seeking (2)  Maintenance Technician for a month contract role in Atlanta, GA. The maintenance team is converting to a seven day maintenance schedule. Works alone or with other maintenance mechanics assigned to task

Skills:

Experience in electrical/mechanical repairs in container manufacturing preferred. Ability read and work from schematics and blueprints. Strong computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Safely performs daily assignments requiring mechanical and electrical skills in a timely manner. Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of corrugated and converting equipment and the manufacturing facility itself.

General Responsibilities:

Follow all safety regulations & polices Ensures the safety of themselves and other employees as well as compliance with plant, corporate and local, state and federal (OSHA) requirements. Work any shifts Multi-tasks and works with minimal or no supervision Performs preventative maintenance/repair of scheduled machinery Troubleshoots/repairs mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshoots/repairs hydraulics and pneumatics Performs other duties as assigned
