Projektbeschreibung
The Maintenance Supervisor will co-ordinate and deliver an effective day to day repairs & voids service to customers and tenants. You will ensure that Health & Safety and other legislative requirements are met. Good communications skills and experience working in similar role within Social Housing are essential.
Ideally the Maintenance Supervisor will have vast in-depth knowledge of one or more building trades with advanced C&G/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a recognised trade. Experience in the management of operational/trade staff and a financial awareness of delivering an effective maintenance service are essential.
This is a car user role current driving licence is essential.
