Maintenance Superintendent Fixed Plant 8/6

This company are a multinational gold producer with operations across the globe and a strong reputation in WA.

They currently have a vacancy for a Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent to join this large WA operation and play an important role within the processing team.

Working on a 8:6 roster from Perth, and reporting to the Process Manager your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Managing the maintenance team on a daily basis
- Ensure the process plant maintenance activities are completed safely.
- Carry out regular preventative maintenance around the plant.
- Provide supervision for the mechanical technicians and contractors
- Develop and monitor targets for reduction in equipment damage
- Seek improvements in reliability.
- Develop the annual fixed-plant maintenance budget and review monthly.
- Regularly report to the Processing Manager on project progress against targets.

Skills and experience required for this role:

- Demonstrated experience in maintenance supervisory roles
- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the leadership of a maintenance team.
- Fixed-plant maintenance experience in processing plant, including
- Gold treatment plant experience.
- Competence in reliability engineering and maintenance planning.
- Current C Class Western Australian Drivers License.
- Detailed working knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
