Maintenance Specialist Job

MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST need for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RICHMOND, VIRGINIA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Maintenancepackaging equipment, including automated bag placers and bag sealers; automated conveying systems, including belt conveyors, powered roller conveyors, and a robotic bridge crane; and automated shrink-wrap equipment.
- Troubleshooting of industrial systems that utilize pneumatic and hydraulic actuators
- Interaction with operators and maintenance personnel, monitor performance of equipment, analyze performance trends to determine patterns of degradation, provide rapid diagnosis of problems.
- Write SAP work notifications, and support expeditious return of equipment to service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Uses acute understanding of the maintenance procedures and the production area process to provide analysis, give instruction, plan, compile information, and work with the maintenance organization to coordinate efforts.
- Draws upon significant past experiences in maintenance and in the area to make appropriate business- based decisions.
- Has responsibility for assessing the quality, robustness, and capability of the process and making decisions, with others, to halt or modify production as needed need to the process not meet quality and/or safety standards.
- May have direct reports.
