Maintenance Planner Job

MAINTENANCE PLANNERneeded for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Durham, NC.

-Pharmaceutical industry

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Generate, monitor and close all Preventative Maintenance/Demand work orders for the entire RTP site
- Plans and schedules jobs based on the sequence and priority of the work to be performed, coordinating with all crafts, area owners and vendors when required.
- Maintains status of assigned work and coordinates with requester for job scope changes.
- Prepare bills of material, and procures as necessary. Also insures critical spare parts are associated with equipment within the CMMS
- Manages the Past Due log and proactively notifies the necessary personnel prior to PMs going Past Due.
- Properly set up and schedule new equipment within the CMMS
- Ensure accurate and effective PMs/Job Plans are put in place initially resulting in minimal to no changes unless there are equipment changes.
- Develop queries and reports as needed within the CMMS such as efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
- Utilize MRO inventory computer system to enter, update and maintain accurate MRO parts item information including part numbers, descriptions, vendors, min/max ordering levels and quality information. Interface with the various maintenance groups to identify, catalogue and setup up parts information in the MRO Inventory system

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associate's degree plus five to seven (5-7) years of maintenance planning experience with a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Experience with CMMS required
