Maintenance Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Schedule calibration and maintenance activities with manufacturing and process engineering teams
-Ensure efficient maintenance operation partnership: act as the representative of maintenance and ensure technical activities integrate seamlessly with operations and plant schedules
-Ensure that activities are scheduled efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality requirements
-Establish and maintains scheduling procedures and monitors the performance of the whole scheduling process and train end users
-Contribute to leads cross-functional teams in local and global initiatives aiming to benchmark practices and identifying/deploying improvements in terms of scheduling

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in maintenance or operations coordination, scheduling of projects
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills and always deliver win-win arrangements with stakeholders having diverging priorities
-Reliable team player and able to work with multiple departments at different level of the organization (engineering, quality assurance, EHS etc.)
-Capacity to learn from the bviotech activities and business
-Expertise in visual and software scheduling tools, especially when it comes to activities with high degree of interdependency in terms of tasks and resources
-You enjoy having lots of interactions with departments and group and feel comfortable negotiating with them in English
