Maintenance Data Clerk Job

MAINTENANCE DATA CLERK needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in LA PORTE, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint Skills.
- Dependable and reliable

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for documenting maintenance execution activities so that the maintenance personal and their execution of maintenance activities are corresponding to the data records in the SAP system.
- Ensuring communication flows to the proper people for potential improvement opportunities to the master data, planning or reliability functions.
- Timely and accurate input of time charges of mechanics.
- Route all appropriate job package documentation.
- Run exception reports for time and history of work orders to identify missing information.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to translate written field data from shop papers and job packages into SAP notification history.
- Ability to utilize software tools such as MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Self motivated with the ability to prioritize work and also work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with SAP.
