- Experience in Z/OS, Cobol, PL/I, DB2.
- Experience in IMS and MQ have added advantage.
- Experience in software development life cycle.
- Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Consulting experience, plus expertise with highly complex systems
- Experience in Design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Ability to supervise a group of consultants/analyst engaged in specialised activities.
- Provide technical solutions and keep insight into emerging technologies and business implications.
- Experience to retail banking/payments domainwould have added advantage.
- Develops intermediate and detailed schedules supporting the master schedule.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
